Major roads continued to be compromised, including I-26. Detour maps are available on the NCDOT website.
School Systems
Haywood County Schools will be closed for both staff and students for the remainder of the week. A 48-hour notice will be given before the reopening of school for students and staff.

Located at Jukebox Junction, 6306 Pigeon Rd, Canton, is open from 9 AM to 5 PM,
Convenience Centers
The White Oak Landfill is open, along with the Materials Recovery Facility, and Convenience Centers at Jonathan Creek, Beaverdam, Bethel, Hazelwood, Mauney Cove, Jones Cove, and Highway 110 will be open.
Emergency Shelter
